The apartment is about 53 m² and furnished with a comfortable Tyrolean style. It consists of a double room and a single room (the fourth bed is a sofa bed in the living room), bathroom with WC and shower, kitchen-cum-living-room with gas cooker, oven and fridge, TV and terrace.

In the price included are the linen (not towels and tea towels), all taxes, hot water, heating as well as private parking ground.
