Our new residence is situated at a quiet and sunny location, at a ten minutes walk from the centre of the village.
The ascent installations and the famous Sella Ronda are in the immediate nearness of our house. The ski bus stop is at a distance of 50 meters.
The apartment is about 62 m² and furnished with a very comfortable Tyrolean style. It consists of two bedrooms with 2 beds each, a couche for the 5th bed, WC and bathtub, kitchen-cum-living-room with gas cooker, oven and fridge, TV and balcony.
In the price included are:
the linen (not towels and tea towels), all taxes,
hot water, heating as well as private parking ground
and ski room with ski boot heater.
